Absolutely terrible app, constantly crashes. Website is just as bad. Great airline but terrible online service
I wish TAM was still just TAM. They knew how to take care of their passengers, and offer excellent fares. Copa is just average at customer service. Adequate. Nothing more. But their fares are considerably higher.
On dicembee last year i reported an incident..and never got a response, apology,or my refund after i paid for a seat that later was gicen or sold to another passanger
I want to get info of my trip and neither the webpage or this app let me log in.
Very poor performance at login and I even have a brand new phone. I Uninstalled it the day after installation. The website is horrible too. Goodness gracious! What are you guys doing?!

Doesn't give you correct information, nobody told us about a yellow fever shot requirement for Panama. I wasn't allowed to fly then I was stuck paying a penalty and change fee. Kind of backwards and the customer service was non-existent.
The absolute worst in every way. The app sucks, particularly if trying to book anything having to do with Venezuela, and the farce that is supposedly customer service is abysmal. They are the WORST.
